We have been blessed here in North-East Iowa with pretty darn good crops. I have good stands with excellent weed control. My earliest corn is already rolling the tassel up in the top. In 5-10 days it will shot out. The beans are just getting down to the fertilizer and taking off. I have the second trip to do on spraying but if it stays wet I am still OK with the control as it is.
I feel for the guys that are way behind due to the wet spring weather. We have been able to get short windows for planting and hay making.
How well they/you are prepared is really showing this year. The windows of time for field work have been real short. Any kind of break down or delay was real critical this year.
Will post some pictures as soon as I figure out how to down load them into the wife's computer. I have still not bought another computer.
