806 D /TA - clutch issue

Clutch won't disengage engine from transmission in order to stop tractor and /or change gears. It just keeps going . I can shift gears if i turn off engine. This happened after pulling a steep hill with pretty heavy implement behind it. Clutch and TA was working fine just prior. If I start in nuetral, cannot shift into any gear, just grinds. I can start tractor up in gear and TA hi lo still works. Clutch pedal travel was adjusted properly it appears. Does this sound like dump valve problem?
