I have had the same barber since 1947. Back then it was .25 cents. About 1955 it went to .50 cents. Then he add more help and the price would go up every few years. In 2012 he retired at 90 so I had to find someone new. It has been a bad two year and the cost was $10.00. I now have found a new lady barber does a great job but $15.00. I just wish my SS check would go up like the price of a hair cut!!
