Plenty of land for sale in China to non-citizens. Do you want any? The Chinese helped build the US and open up the west. Then we threw them out under the "Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882." Now they are back since we, as a nation, got lazy. They are now using money reaped from US consumers to buy US land. So what? No big surprise. At least we US citizens can also still buy it IF we can afford the pride and the taxes and the regs. The laws that relate to property ownership since 2007 in China are not much different then what we have here. Lots of controls.
Got a Chinese family that just bought the 200 acre farm near me. Nice people. Nicer then the last owners who were Americans. Fine with me. Very big and close-knit family.
