Well, if you're in a real hurry, just take a large chisel and a hammer and smash those old, stuck pistons right out of the bores! :-)

Actually, I've been known to do this when things were REALLY stuck! It's time consuming to fabricate new pistons, though. There's a lot of other tricks you can try first (see Aug 98 YT mag) that'll take less time than machining yourself a new set of pistons!
