To see if the draw is in the switch or somewhere downstream to Ignition coil or any ballast resistor etc:
Remove the wire on the switches OUTPUT (to coil) and see if she still draws current??? (it may if the switch has an internal short to case)
Remove the wire on the switches INPUT (from ammeter etc) and see if theres any current draw??? i.e. if so theres a short in the wiring from ammeter to the switches INPUT
If the draw still happens even when the OUTPUT is removed, yet theres none when input is removed, the switch must be the cause!!!!!!
Or try an ohmmeter on each terminal and see if theres continuity (a short) from either to its case/frame, if so its bad WELL DUH
