Thank you NCWayne. I was not to sure if I had all those parts. I guess the govenor will be pulling on the spring which will work the rod tension. I do have the carburator and its link. I still have to rebuild the craburator before mounting it on.I still have to cut and make a rod for the hand throttle to the govenor link.So all that is a measure, cut and thread. To make it work with a compelet thorttle rod to engine fromthe operator seat. Thanks again Brent.
