There are responsible adults who can safely give rides. Those adults recognize unsafe places and conditions a child should not be. Then there are those that think they are a responsible adult and are unable to recognize those unsafe places and conditions. There is where the debate starts. People that think they are a responsible and are not do not know they are not.
