: when all else fails and you dont want to try to dissasemble the engine, try this. take a spark plug, tear it apart, and save only the threads going into the cylinder head. braze or weld a grease fitting to the disassembled plug and put it in one of the two pistons close to the top. start using your grease gun and fill it until i gets tight. DONT GET IMPATIENT HERE. take your time. it may take a few days, but remember, those pistons may have been stuck for years. this will work if properly implemented and without disassembly of the engine. however, if this drastic measure is necessary, the cylinder wall and rings arent gonna be in much shape anyhow. regards and good luck, grapeape
: Suppose fuel oil will work. The object is to penetrate the rust on the cylinder walls. For quicker results, have always relied on Marvel Mystery Oil. Is a bit creepier, but costs a lot more than fuel oil. Any way you do it, you are going to wind up with rust pitted rings and cylinder walls. So don't be suprised when you wind up with an oil burner. Friend of mine recommended Restore oil treatment for that. Actually works! So when you get it freed up, might think about giving it a try. jpk
