White Motor Company bought Oliver first,then Cockshutt. From about 63 on yes,the Cockshutts were Olivers painted red or tan. The only difference was the paint,tag,front emblem,steering wheel center and decals. That spear on the side of the hood was a Cockshutt thing though. Prior to the two being merged,Oliver just used a decal but then went to using that Cockshutt spear on both brands. Interesting enough,prior to 1946 the Cockshutts were rebadged Olivers too,and Hart Parr before that. Oliver bought Hart Parr in 1929. Cockshutt built their own factory and designed their own tractors that came out around 1946 and were built until White merged them together.
