What we have around here is sheets about 38" wide with 5 ribs, they are overlapped on the one rib at the edge and this gives a working width for each sheet of 36". One edge has more of a lip on it than the other and that one goes on the edge for the first sheet, then you overlap the edge with less of a lip on top of the edge with more for the rest of the roof. This way it lies pretty flat. I have never used the kind that is continuously corrugated but I would think it would be harder to get it to seal up tight. Zach
