A knotter is not removeable like a mag or carburator...They need to stay on the baler.A baler knotter doesnt change.The old ones are the same as the newer ones.As far as not wanting to service 'old' balers.FIND ANOTHER DEALER!!!!They are just being lazy(or have no one qualified to do the work).All those guys want to do is sell you a new baler.They are the guys who wont talk to a 'little guy'.They cater to the BTFO.You can do it yourself.Spend a day and do it.Get parts,service and owners manuals,read them and get after it!
