lou if you are not running any virus and malware software, go to ninite.com . it is a website that has free software. my computer guru buddy uses it to load missing software and free virus programs. when you get to ninite website look on the left for a category called security. check the boxes for avast, malwarebytes, adaware and super (its super anti spyware) then click the get installer button. it will package and download the software for you. then run each application. it will clean up any viruses, malware, spyware and ad ware tracking software off your system. i also run mozilla firefox.
