Glad to hear the good news, none of this is ever easy, but you are better for it and have confidence for the next session. The eyeball thing, that's kind of creepy, you know how everyone has their thing, they don't like, but I'd imagine I'd get through it, the grin and bear it thing and what it takes to build up or tolerate what one must, not easy for anyone, some better than others. Always nice to hear good news!
I'm not a big fan of being put out, but have trusted several times that I would awake again, you just come to grips with it, meds do the rest. 2 years ago, I had the foot surgery, and i did not know I'd be out, I got the epidural in the outside of the upper thigh, nerve flooded with whatever to make it go limp, then sedation meds, maybe before even, but thought it was a local and I'd be conscious, when I woke up I was like what the .....? well in a good way, cripes, I had no one to bring me anyway, had to get this done, so my neighbor got me there, waited til it was over and got me home, well it worked out fine and I'm much better for it, but I figured it was not like general anesthesia, but worked just like it. Worst part was they had this shortage of drugs, day to day, I was fearing that if I was not numbed enough, but unable to move, that would be awful, that scares me with this stuff, can't say or do anything, say like when you go to the dentist, you can tell him to numb it more or the same when you need stitches, been there done that, quality time with the doctor LOL !

We thought we could get by with this since the engine ran perfectly and would not need any internal work. After the cleanup and painting was done, we began reassembly and finally came to t
