Even one of the patrolman partners questioned him about giving me a ticket for a 14,000 GVW trailer and a 8600 GVW truck with only 5500 lb. load on the trailer when writing the ticket. Some places you need a CDL under 26,000 when pulling certain trailers if you work for a business or own a business and use the vehicle for business.
