When I bought my place, it came from an estate and two of the beneficiaries live across the street. Elderly men who, in spite of being warmly treated by myself and every member of my family, have gone on some shameful rants about how they opposed the sale and wished the estate (which was open for many years because of these two) had never sold the property. They have insulted us and we have even had vandalism and theft. Just a horrible pair of SOB's and yet, I still wave and smile as I go by. It could have been so much different.
