Ebay only works one way, for the seller. They may say it's a contract, but they are full of crap. They'll force you to pay, but they won't force the seller to honor the contract.
I bought a set of fenders. Paid via paypal. Seller raises shipping $150. Fenders were $200 + $100 shipping. So, I told him no, to honor the contract. He sends my money back and won't ship. Tells ebay when I file a complaint that I would not agree to shipping.
