This is true and I don't think you have anything to worry about. If he shipped the parts for what you paid him then he essentially accepted it, whether he lost any or not. Anytime you sell something on ebay, there is a chance that the shipping might be more than what the estimate charges. This is called the real world, lol. Therefore this seller may want to change how his acutions work and manually estimate the shipping after the auction.
