I have never had anything other than liability and uninsured motorist insurance on any of my vehicles. If I did most of what I drive would be totaled if I dented a fender. :lol:
I serviced Schwan's trucks here for about 25 years. In all that time they never carried anything but liability on their vehicles. They seldom ran any trucks longer than five years but with 7000 trucks it is cheaper to self insure than to go to an outside company.
