I guess "died" isent the best way to describe what is happening. It still runs at idle but if i put it under a load then it will stall out. Also as it gets to operating tempature it gets weaker. If i take the dip stick out while its running it will cough up oil and air, it would look like a diesel under a load, black smoke out the stack. Im doing a compression test before i do anything with it to be 100% sure. Im very sure it is the issue though.
Im not in a hurry to get rid of it. I would enjoy doing a complete tear down and selling it for parts and scrap. But the way it sounds selling it as is seems to be the most recommended.
