Our community of High River will take awhile to recover in house prices. I live on the only hill in town so no flood damage. My $400K+ house day before flood and $100K after the flood. We were trying to retire full time to small town Sask. The market is coming back but can't sell for probably another couple years. I feel guilty as we never lost anything and feel SO BAD for people who lost so much. Onward and upward we go to rebuild our community.
