I read today that the cop has a broken eye socket. That takes a hard blow to do.

I am will have to say NO!!! Here is how this hurts the area. Anyone with a business in the area will really think long and hard about moving ASAP. Then any business that MIGHT have been thinking about starting there sure will not now.
This is a big reason that many areas are a waste land. The locals drive out the businesses and then complain that they have to go miles to get simple stuff.
There is a video showing this PUNK stealing just minutes before he got into it with the cop. Think that store owner/worker that got beat up will be crying much of this kid buying the farm???
