Are You having to add fluid. Are You using the correct oil. Should be the same as You use in the engine; NOT Hydraulic fluid!!! Although some people use it.
25 years ago I went see a 620 at a dealer. Very nice looking but hydraulics were not working the salesperson thought the arms were stuck. He got a breaker bar & almost lifted the front off the ground. I went over & with one hand lifted the arms. He didn't realize they were already down. Then he checked the fluid level. It didn't measure on the stick so he went for a 5 gallon pail. Poured almost all of it in when I told him the Power Troll only held about 12 quarts. The look on his face is still in my memory. He took his hat off wiped of the sweat, & said I guess there an internal split in the S.O.B. They tore it apart, & that's what it was. Price went from $2800 to $5000 fixed when 620's were around $3000 for a descent looking machine. At that moment on the phone I said good luck; but I am sorry I cant justify the money. I didn't trust them fixing it; when they couldn't even diagnose it without my help!
If no one else can help try "MR. THINKER" of "Green Magazine". He's a marvel of these things!!!
