1. Loaned a boat to a guy that had it so long, his wife got it in their divorce.
2. Loaned a hay spear to gentleman that kept it so long, it ended up in his estate sale. I bid on it for a while, but it just went to high.
3. My most recent. Loaned a set of stirrups, and fenders to a "friend". They were brand new, off of a saddle I was waiting for one of my kids to grow in to. He had a saddle, with no stirrups. I called him the other day, he sold his saddle, and all. Now I can't match the tooling on this saddle any where. It was an ammerman roping saddle. Evidently they no longer do black inlay.
