Curled it forward a few times and used it to push backwards while the line was under tension, most times that's all I've needed to do around here, the ground is solid underneath. Years ago, in the same area, same thing happened and I pushed my way back out, never got stuck and the ruts immediately filled with water. The lever hoist and that small tree really helped, as well as the ground all around it has now dried right out, so I did not have to fight that, just the hole it was in.
