I have an IT shop manual that you can pick up at most farm/tractor type
stores like TSC, Farm & Fleet or Big R. I think Central Tractor also
carries them. I majored the engine 10 years ago just using that manual.
It is a little brief, but what you need is there. Last Fall I replaced
my governor and used their adjustment procedure and it works fine.
