Question: Do mountain lions cover their poop like domestic farm and house cats? I saw evidence of that in the gravel in our driveway about 200 feet from our house a couple of months ago.

I know they're around here, 'cause we saw one a couple of miles from our house a year ago and I've seen track while I was deer hunting.

As long as they go about their business and don't bother anything, I have no problem with them, although I don't go into the timber unarmed any more.

I've never understood people who think they have to kill something just to be killing. I've never shot anything I didn't intend to eat or without other good reason.
