Might be RV antifreeze. That smells kinda minty. Might be windshield washer fluid. I've seen some of that stuff has a pink/red tint to it. Take a tiny little taste off the tip of your finger. If salty, it's calcium chloride. If you get sick and die, it wasn't my idea.
