according to Ford, almost every nut or bolt is a one time use , but unless it is a torque to yield stretch bolt , many can be reused. A lot of them have the pre applied Loctite on the threads and are only called one time use. A little common sense goes a long way , you can put some Loctite on reuse most . I doubt most people replace most of the so called one time use fasteners Ford uses.
