21 years of military service between 1960 and 1991, kind of in and out I made some observations. There are some really good female enlisted soldiers but I have seen senior NCO's neglect their own work to look over the junior enlisted privates and specialists while they work. This was more prevalent if the ladies were attractive. I have supervised female soldiers but I got a lot of unwanted help from NCO's and even a few officers out of our duty assignments. I do not think the ladies appreciated the help.
