Don,t want to bust your bubble but in this part of the country I do not see rent coming down any. Too many folks running around with cash in hand trying to rent land. Just not big fields or farms like out west. Have to go to 4 counties and two states to get up 4 thousands acres. Prices will have to get a lot worse for rent to fall here.
