The short answer is yes. The long answer is you need a manual.
The I&T manual has a step by step procedure. It includes removing the steering arms from each side of the box. Removing the steering sector shafts. Installing the steering shaft back into/onto the steering box. Re-inserting the sector shafts in the proper timing so that the shafts are timed properly to the steering gear (the worm gear on the shaft). Adjusting the lash on the gears of the sector shafts to the steering gear (worm gear). And reattaching the steering arms to the sector shafts in the proper place on the sector shafts.
