Well one of my long time friends and business associate had his retirement auction today. He has been a Cub Cadet dealer for 27 years and for the last two decades he has ranked in the top 5 in this country, for sales volume. Today they sold out every corner of his buildings, and then the property. The shop tools went sky high, mostly Snap-on, Mac, and craftsman. Once the tools were sold and the twin axle 16' trailer that the tools were on was sold, they moved on to rows of pallets filled with anything from new and used hyd cylinders, drive shafts, 12V liniar actuator kits NIB, to NIB Brigs engines. Then there were rows of used parts with new parts mixed in. These rows is where I scored my $10 set of 12x28 double ring tire chains and the $25 pallet with a roll guard, 3 grill guards, a bolt on cutting edge which will fit perfectly on my Kubota loader, and some misc. steel struts etc for what ever. They had 6 of these ROPS canopies for CC side-bysides. They sold off 4 for $150 Offered up the last two, me and another guy bought them for $100 each. I will fab up some brackets and mount mine on the Case 440 in the pic. It will make a really nice sun shade. Loren, the Acg.
