I'm just about at the point that I am going to have to pay whatever it takes on 22LR. Bought a nice little Browning 22SA in the Spring and I have yet to fire it. The few rounds I have are reserved for chance encounters with wildlife of the damaging sort...coons, coyotes, etc. Last two possums I pulled out of buildings I beat to death with a pipe. I don't understand the situation with 22LR. Generally when there is a hole in the market, people rush to fill it. Heaven knows if I could manufacture them I would be in full production right now and raking it in.
