Nick,
My two cents from my area. Owosso Michigan.
Independent Ford/NH dealers bend over backwards to help you with ANYTHING you need. Period. Cant say enough good about them.
The JD dealer (D&G Equipment) The one salesman I use is great. He will grab parts from another store on his way home, etc.
But when dealing with the normal parts/service guys, I find them to be less than helpful, but they really cater to the BTOs. I hear the same from many others in the area. If you are 2000+ acres they love you. Us small guys, they act like it is too much work to grab 3-4 filters and a couple of 5 gallon buckets of hydraulic fluid.

I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
