Ours here (Heritage) is good but it is kind of a small town mentality - our town is 3500 people. The owners are really nice ordinary people. I was in this summer after something and ran into Ken. He wanted to take me to lunch. I was filthy but he wouldn't take no - we went to Subway and chewed the fat for a couple of hours. I think if you were Joe Shmoe you would get good service but it might be different. They sure have been good to us around here. I will say that there's lots more situations where you get home with the wrong part even though the parts guys have never changed. There are constantly numbers messed up. I'm not using old two banger stuff so maybe that helps with parts, but they can get anything you need. All of my old old stuff is IH. The dealer isn't as good but the parts guys seemed thrilled that you are still using something that old. Maybe they are just thrilled to see you.
