I really have trouble believing that a dealer would tell someone that it'd be a month before they'd get there. That said I suppose it could happen with a corporate dealer. A corporate dealer simply isn't the same environment as a single locally owned dealer. There's a severe disconnect between the employees and the owners, so an employee just doesn't care as much. Who cares if customer X who annually spends 200,000 in service goes to Case IH. Just means I don't have to be as rushed. Further more, one the the "core values" of most of these corporate stores is 'expansion and profit' I don't have a problem with making money, but if it affects the customers experience for 1 minute, your core values are screwed up.
