I pulled a muscle that goes across my back under my shoulder. It is not related to any disc issues. Just a pulled muscle. A cough or laugh really hurts as this muscle is around the diaphragm area. Setting in a chair is not fun and I can't lay down without it cramping. Walking or leaning against something is the only time it does not hurt. Well it does not hurt if I lay down flat on my back. Then lift my butt off the floor with my head and heels only on the floor. Actually feels lose then. Trouble is I can only do this for a very short time. LOL Just picture this fat old man doing this reverse pushup.
The thing that really ticks me off is I can't think of anything I did to pull this muscle.
Chiropractor looked at it says he can't do anything as nothing is out of alignment. He did massage the muscle and it felt better for a few hours. Not $85 better. LOL
So I am in a "great" mood today. LOL Sleeping a few hours at a time and having things that I really need to get done before it freezes.
This getting older is just a barrel of fun some weeks.
