If you're pulling the 70 to try to start it, that looks familiar.
We had an Oliver 70 once. Wasn't a bad tractor if you could ever get it started. We usually parked it where we could belt it to a VAC Case to start it if we had to. If you ever killed it in the field, you needed to find a shade tree for a half hour before you even tried to restart it.
