As long as they've had these farms,given how the property tax system works in Michigan,I'd think their taxes would be relatively low. I wouldn't want to be the person who buys it and has to pay them. Unless you put the land in farmland preservation you'd be taxed off of it pretty quick. I haven't been to the Marion farm,but the one in Ionia has to be a nightmare the way the traffic is past that one. I sure wouldn't want to have livestock along that road,and they have farms on both sides of the road there.
