I'd say higher than previous posts. The inside one is a $200 tire easy - more ($100 to $200 more) if the rim is a "standard" bevel rim that will fit most older IHs or Deers.
The matching pair is at least $300 if not $400 for the tires and half that much more if the rims are standard bevel rims.
Tubes alone are $75 or more for tires that size.
I sold an almost smooth 13.6 X 38 (no dry rot though) on a rim with no rust for $150 and the guy was damn glad to get it. Two weeks later the same guy came back and bought a good 13.6 X 38 (1/3 tread no dry rot) tire (no rim) for $150 and he said he had sold to his neighbor (I'm sure he made a few dollars too). I bought both of them years ago and put them in my shed.
