I guess that they have been out there, but I never saw one until tonight. A John Deere combine, S-6xx series with 36" wide tracks on it. Man that thing was a monster. Someone in Three Oaks, Michigan coming at me from the other direction tonight on US-12. A lot of rain in the general area lately, that has to be what the doctor ordered for flotation. I went to Deere to look it up and they don't show a picture of one, but mentions it under "Build Your Own". Not a cheap option. Impressive. Very impressive.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
