What kind of welding/fabrication skills do you have? You don't need to be good but it helps to know the basics and have access to a torch and welder. Here are some photos of a snow plow I built for a 2N about 14 years ago. Didn't have any plans or measurments. Just built what I thought I needed. It went through a couple of transformations - particularly where the blade attached to the frame. These are early pictures so don't show improvements.
I had the plow face formed out of 10 ga at a local fab shop and built all the mounts and stiffeners for it. 6' was perfect size for an N.
I split a length of channel iron for the main push frames and made the push mounts for the rear axle.
At the time I didn't realize I could tap into the test port of the hydraulic pump and raise the blade that way. So I used two 12" cylinders - one on the 3 point and one on the front to raise the blade. Kinda convoluted but it worked good. If I did it again I would just use the test port and chain the lift arms down.
The next task was how to get 20" of lift out of a 12" cylinder? It took me a little thinking to figure it out but I contrived this lift amplifier and it worked slick.
Lastly, I replaced the center pin in the front axle and hung the plow and frame off of this tongue looking thing.
With wheel weights and good snow chains the tractor made a great little snow mover. I sold it off long ago though so don't ask me for any measurements. All I have from it are these few pictures but maybe they will give you some ideas.

As long as a pool was at the end of our destination she was easy to please unlike the other two who have a multitude of requirements to travel with mom and dad. Amana Colonies served as a respite where we ate a family style lunch that sustained us with more food than could reasonably fit into our ample physiques. The show at Ankeny
