I went once to pick up my son 250 mI from home, hafways there i reaIized i forgot to tank up so I swung in a pump station and fiIIed up.
When i went in to pay i found out i had forgot my waIIet as weII and had not a dime in cash on me either.
AII i had with me was my check book,I expIained to cashier What happened and offered to write him a check but he refused to accept the check, he wanted cash onIy.
I said you have 2 choices, take the check or you get nothing...which one is it gonna be?
He repIied,..i want the keys to your truck, you'II get them back as soon as i get paid with cash. I asked..have you Iost your mind or are you born stupid?
I said.. see you around buddy and i Ieft,..what eIse was i to do?
On the way back after picking up my son I stopped back at the station and paid the FooI. (my son happened to have enough cash on him to settIe the fueI biII)
