Been a while since I've replaced one, but the best quality seemed to come from new instead of rebuilt. Always used aftermarket, factory was cost prohibitive.
You do want to replace the slave cylinder, too much to loose by having to go back in later. Also replace the release bearing, always! Take a look at the pilot bearing, condition of the flywheel surface, oil leaks, freeze plugs behind the flywheel, starter gear, anything that can be taken care of while you're in there.
The hydraulic clutch can be a real bear to get the air bled out, and it must be absolutely air free to work. Last one I got involved with, after spending several hours and every method known to get it bled, gave up in disgust! Left it overnight, next morning it worked perfectly! LOL
