I didn't forget to put the plug in, I forgot where I put the plug. I was draining the oil on the tractor when my daughter came and got me to answer the phone. When I returned I could not find the plug. About a month later I found the plug and finished changing the oil. A couple of weeks ago I changed the oil in the 03 Chevy pickup. If you ever changed the oil in one of these you know you have to be quick as the oil shoots out about 3 feet. Well I was so proud of myself that I did not spill one drop of oil on the floor. That was until I poured in the new oil and overflowed the funnel.

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion.
