While attending my Uncles funeral, I concluded that he was probably the greatest man I ever had the opportunity to know. He was a Marine and was almost killed by a grenade in Korea's Chosen Basin Battle. He still had some shrapnel in his arm. My Aunt said that she did not know why he had three welders, but he did. People in their neighborhood did not throw any thing away until Uncle Gerald declared it to far gone. He offered some ice fishing equipment to me but I turned it down because I have not gone in years. I wish now that I had accepted it just because it was his. SDE
