Same thing has happened to an old car swap meet in my area- lots of craftsy and garage-sale type stuff that is of no interest to "car guys". Talked to one of the guys in the club that puts it on, and he said 2 reasons- Wives, and income. Lots of guys are pretty much led around by the ring in their nose by SWMBO, and if there's nothing there that interests her, they (he) don't go. Also, as antique car guys (and antique tractor guys) age out of the hobby, there were fewer exhibitors each year, so they punched up the income by renting spaces to non-car vendors.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
