Non-runners can usually be had reasonable. Plus some of those you listed are too big for the little ranchette cityiot and not big enough (or brand not desirable enough) for the real farmer even as a chore tractor.
I went to an estate auction couple weeks ago and there were 3 tractors that all sold very reasonable.
830 case diesel CK COM. 3200 hours. Not running but barn kept. Sold for $1100. I bid on this tractor but did not get it. If it had been an 8 speed instead of COM then I would have kept bidding. I simply do not think my wife could ever learn to run a COM.
Farmall Super h (kinda of a hybrid between a stage 1 and a stage 2). Serial tag was there but some of it was unreadable. Terrible cage loader on it. Tractor was very rough in some ways and had tires that we 2 sizes oversize. Did have 3 sets of cast weights on it. Sold for $950. I was highly interested in this tractor and sole reason that I even went to the sale. I was willing to go $900 on it so did not get it nor even get the chance to bid.
Ford 960 trike. Cleanest tractor there and had the best tires of the lot. Had new starter on it but someone had cobbled the solenoid wiring. Sold for $950. After it sold, I realized how stupid I was for not bidding on it at least a little. Someone will make some cash on this one.
Again, none of these ran but they were barn kept and were not stuck. The ole farmer simply got too old to care for em. I do not think it would have taken much to get any of them running. The farm had been in the family for over 200 years so I am thinking all 3 of the tractors may have been purchased new. Sadly there was no one who could provide any history on anything. Everything handled "as-is" by attorney which also hurt the values.

Today's Featured Article - 12-Volt Conversions for 4-Cylinder Ford 2000 & 4000 Tractors - by Tommy Duvall. After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
