There are about 3 different dashboards in Belarus tractor cabs. The rad blind adjuster you talk of is a twist/turn knob on the left side as you enter the cab correct?. on some tractors they had a kinda pull out and twist to lock knob on the lower face of the dash board as you look from the seat forwards, about a couple inches in from the left side panel . if thats the knob you ask about. it could be the Diff lock control. it should be connected to a wire cable that runs up under the hood by the side of the rad blind cable. it then goes to a little wheel on the left side of the power steering reservoir . the cable then activates the hyd valve that controls manual and auto diff lock control. usually the cable breaks and guys don't bother with it. also the seals/ diaphragm and end plate, can leak in the hydraulic activation pack on the left side of the axle housing, so a lot of guys don't bother with them then either. Kinda hope thats what you asking about, and it can be a pain to rout the cable and get the thing working right as it kinda has a setting procedure, if I remember right. Maybe some pictures of the tractor and cab would help. It's Kinda hard guessing sometimes with all the different specs on Belarus tractors over the years, or find a service book and owners manual for it would help also. Regards Robert
